Swedish Massage uses soothing, strokes to work the entire body, relieving muscle tension and loosening sore joints. 

Deep Tissue Massage targets chronic tension in muscles that lie far below the surface of your body. Massage therapists will use their fingers, thumbs or occasionally even elbows to apply the needed pressure.

Sports Massage is designed to help you train better, whether you're a world champion or a weekend warrior. Pre-event massage can help warm up muscles and improve circulation before competition, but it can also energize or relax an athlete and help him focus on the competition. Post-event massage can push waste products out of the body and improve recovery.

Hot River Rock Massage is a unique massage experience. Hand picked smooth river rocks are heated and then combined with a full body massage, generating warmth and energy to sore tired muscles.

Reiki is a method of natural healing based on the application of Rei: Universal Life Force .and Ki: Energy.  It is generally not a hands-on technique, although some practitioners like to use touch, and is an exchange of energy between the practitioner and the recipient.

Neuromuscular Massage is a form of deep tissue massage that is applied to individual muscles. It is used to increase blood flow, reduce pain and release pressure on nerves caused by injuries to muscles and other soft tissue.

Reflexology uses the fingers and knuckles to gently stimulates specific reflex points to activate the movement of energy, stimulating circulation, while simultaneously balancing the subtle energy fields. 

Cranio Sacral is a system that involves the central nervous system from head (cranium) to tail (sacrum) along with the cerebrospinal fluid which is the liquid that surrounds the brain and flows down the hollow of the spinal cord all the way down to the sacrum.
